Covercraft custom-fit personal watercraft covers for Polaris — patterned for trailering, mooring, and storage in Sunbrella or Ultra'tect marine fabrics.
Fabrics & warranties
- Sunbrella — 7 oz. 100% solution-dyed acrylic in Pacific Blue; highly UV and mildew resistant, water repellent, excellent sun blockage; 6-year limited warranty.
- Ultra'tect — 5 oz. solution-dyed WeatherMax®SL woven polyester; retains color and strength in extended outdoor exposure with strong water resistance and UV protection; 5-year limited warranty.
- Both fabrics are designed so dyes are less likely to transfer onto gel coat or graphics.
Trailering & construction
- Adjustable heavy-duty multi-strand shock cord sewn around the entire hem.
- Strong reinforced tie-down loops; six tie-down straps included.
- All stress seams overlapped and double-stitched.

- Not a sealed waterproof bag — breathability helps moisture escape instead of trapping it against the finish.
Common questions
Are Polaris covers waterproof?
No — and you do not want a sealed waterproof cover. Breathable water-resistant fabrics shed moisture without trapping heat and vapor against gel coat, graphics, and seals.
What is the difference between Sunbrella and Ultra'tect?
Sunbrella is 7 oz. solution-dyed acrylic (Pacific Blue) with a 6-year limited warranty — strong UV and mildew resistance. Ultra'tect is a 5 oz. solution-dyed WeatherMax®SL fabric with a 5-year limited warranty — water resistant with good UV performance at a moderate price.
Can I trailer with the cover on?
Yes — these covers are built for trailering when properly installed and tied down. Reinforced loops, six straps, trailer-pin openings, and rear reflector strips are included for that use.
Can I fuel the watercraft with the cover on?
Yes. A zippered gas-cap access panel lets you fuel while the craft is on the trailer.
What is the mesh wet bag for?
A quick-dry mesh bag is sewn in (with hook-and-loop closure) for gloves, goggles, and other small items, accessed through the cover zipper.
Will the fabric dye transfer onto my Polaris?
Sunbrella and Ultra'tect use stable dyeing processes so color is less likely to transfer to gel coat or graphics — a common problem with lower-quality covers.
