Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order .The item(s) must be in new condition, clean, re-sellable and have a Return Authorization #. Returned orders will receive a refund, - minus shipping costs, - minus factory restocking fee. If there is a factory defect or our error, than we do refund shipping & restocking fees (Photo proof is required). We do not accept returns of used or dirty items, custom made to order products, WeatherShield, Form-Fit and Sunbrella fabrics, covers with reflective welting, logo, or embroidery added, any cover with customer supplied dimensions, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Some custom covers are returnable - minus a restocking fee. * We will pay the Factory Restocking fee with a reorder.
Return Authorization Number - Before returning any product please E-Mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number and correct return shipping address before sending back as we have different warehouses and factories the products need to go back to.
Non-Warranty Returns - A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned for non warranty issues (excluding NON-RETURNABLE products outlined below). All new and unused products must be in like new condition and returnable to stock with no tire grease, dirt, rips, tears, wear, or any other damage which prevents the item from being returned to stock. All returns are subject to inspection, and credit will be issued at factory's sole discretion. Please allow 7-10 business days to process approved credits. If upon inspection a product cannot be returned to stock, it will be shipped back to the original purchaser, at purchasers expense, or destroyed on site at their request. All unclaimed returns will be disposed of after customer notification. Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping expenses for Non-Warranty Returns.
Factory Defect or Error - Return for full credit, or replacement at no charge, no re stock fees apply.
Customized Products - No returns on any covers that are logoed or embroidered other than a defect in material or workmanship.
CarCoverUSA, Inc. reserves the right to reject a return, refund, or exchange if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in the customers possession, customer fails to prove error in monogramming and logos, customer refuses to pay shipping costs, or the item is returned after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Products - All sales are final on the products listed below.
* Non-warranty returns are described as returns derived from: purchase order errors (inaccurate descriptions, part #s, fabric codes, colors, etc.), electronic PO transmission inaccuracies (EDI, HTML, XML, etc.), application errors, dimension sheet errors, customer hosted look-up/database errors, cancelled orders, obsolescence, overstocks, and all other returns excluding warranty claims and returns found to be Covercraft error.
** Non-returnable products which have begun production (work order issued) cannot be canceled. Older Custom-Fit and Low-Demand part numbers are identified as part numbers which show a demand less than 12 units per rolling 12 month period.
