Common questions
What is SuedeMat?
SuedeMat is Covercraft’s suede-style dashboard cover — a super-soft microfiber custom-cut for your vehicle’s year, make, and model with a brushed suede texture.
Will it protect my dashboard from the sun?
Yes. Covercraft positions SuedeMat to help protect against cracking, fading, and deterioration from sun and UV exposure, and to reduce hazardous windshield glare.
Are airbags still safe with a DashMat?
When your vehicle has a passenger airbag, the pattern includes a required safety cut-out so the airbag can deploy. Always install per the DashMat instructions.
How do I install it?
Align vent cutouts, shape the mat to the dash, then secure with the included adhesive hook fasteners on a clean dash. Full steps are in the DashMat Install Info PDF.
What colors are available?
SuedeMat is offered in Black, Smoke, Gray, and Beige. Confirm availability for your vehicle in the configurator. Darker shades reduce glare the most.
Can I add a logo or embroidery?
Yes. Select your vehicle in the configurator first, then choose an optional logo or embroidered name (Diana Script or Block Face). Preview embroidery fonts and browse logos in the personalization section. Personalized items are final sale.
Does it cover the speakers?
Flush-mounted factory speakers are typically covered and still allow sound through. Raised or complex speakers may not be covered — see the Notes on this page.
