Outdoor fabric covers
primary function is to provide protection from extreme weather, UV rays,
bird droppings, dirt and grim, etc for vehicles that are stored outdoors.
We offer a multitude of different fabrics, which provide different degrees
of protection. Below we have provided for you a list of our different
fabrics and a short description of each of their different functions.

WeatherShield
Weathershield uses the patented EPIC by Nextec encapsulation process, which
was originally designed for outdoor sports-wear. Their proprietary
technology uses precision and controlled placement of special polymers.
This encapsulation process places an ultra-thin film around the fabric fibers
and precisely places a durable, breathable barrier within the woven polyester
fabric to complete the high performance finish process. Unlike traditional
coatings and laminations that just protect one side of the fabric, Nextec
uses up to 40 computerized process controls to place protective polymers
inside the fabric, to shed water, dust, bird droppings, tree sap and industrial
pollutants, making it a great fabric for you car cover.

WeatherShield
HD
WeatherShield HD is a hybrid of WeatherShield and was developed primarily
for intense sun environments and long-term storage. If you car is
vulnerable to extreme sun, Weathershield HD is a prefect choice to prevent
damages used by UV rays, it also repels water, blocks dirt and grim, bird
droppings, etc while allowing moisture and heat to escape from under the
car cover. The material was created by Glen Raven Mills (makers of
Sunbrella), using solution dyed UV resistant polyester fibers. Weathershield
HD rises above its predecessor in that its 300 denier construction is 40%
heavier than Weathershield giving it extra durability.

NOAH
Noah was primarily
developed as a barrier fabric to stops water, while allowing moisture to
escape under the car cover. Noah also proves as a great overall car
cover made to protect your vehicle in any extreme weather. Made in
the U.S. by Kimberly-Clark, the fabric weighs only 4.45 oz./sq. yd.

Technalon / Evolution
Technalon covers, made with Kimberly-Clark's Evolution
4-layer non-woven polypropylene fabric, provide maximum protection in all
weather conditions. Often imitated, but never equaled, U.S. made Evolution
fabric covers are used by millions of satisfied car enthusiasts around the
world.

Deluxe
350F Series / DELUXE Fabric
350F Series fabric
is Kimberly-Clark's newest film barrier fabric, offering great performance
at a competitive price. At 3.2 ounces per square yard it's about half
the weight of the popular high-performance NOAH fabric. The three-layer
construction uses inner and outer layers of spunbond, sandwiching a middle
layer protective film barrier. The film barrier has microscopic holes,
smaller than droplets of water (and most dust particles) to stop moisture,
but still allow any moisture vapor or heat to easily escape
from under the cover.

Multibond 200 Series
/ Multibond Fabric
Kimberly-Clark developed BLOCK-IT 200 Series fabric to be
a mid-price leader in quality and performance. It uses 3-layer polypropylene
construction for moisture and dust resistance, and the fibers are treated
for extra UV resistance. If you are looking for an inexpensive
cover for indoor storage and limited outdoor use, this U.S. made fabric
offers good, basic protection and is an excellent value.

Sunbrella
Due to its unique construction process Sunbrella provides
the ultimate protection in intense sun areas, where UV rays will rapidly
degrade the paint and interior of your vehicle. Because of the
use of acrylic fibers, which are naturally UV resistant, Sunbrella has long
been the recognized leader in long-wearing marine fabrics for bimni tops,
sail covers and deck enclosures. The acrylic fibers of Sunbrella are
solution dyed before the fabric is woven. This technique ensures the
color is saturated and increases its resistance to fading in sunlight.
The material is then softened, with a unique finishing technique, for use
as a car cover fabric. Sunbrella is exceptionally strong and long
lasting making it an excellent investment. It is recommended for RV's
and trailers that spend extended time stored outside in severe sunlight.

Choosing the correct Size for your car cover is extremely
important. Getting a custom, snug fit for your make and model is as
simple as entering the appropriate information about your vehicle.
