Return Authorization Number - Before returning any product to Covercraft Industries, Inc., please contact Customer Service sales@carcoverusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Any product returned without an RA Number will be refused and shipped back to the original sender at sender’s expense.

Non-Warranty Returns* - A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for non-warranty issues (excluding NON-RETURNABLE products outlined below).  All new and unused products must be in like-new condition and returnable to stock with no tire grease, dirt, rips, tears, wear, or any other damage which prevents the item from being returned to stock.   All returns are subject to inspection, and credit will be issued at Covercraft’s sole discretion. Please allow 10-12 business days to process approved credit memos.  If upon inspection a product cannot be returned to stock, it will be shipped back to the original purchaser, at purchaser’s expense, or destroyed on site at their request.  All unclaimed returns will be disposed of 15 days after customer notification.  Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping expenses for Non-Warranty Returns.

Factory Defect or Error
Full return, full credit, including original shipping and handling OR replacement shipment at no charge (customer is responsible for return shipping charges)

Customized Products
DashMat Dashboard covers, & Premier Floor Mats, are custom made.
There is a 30 DAY period to Return, Exchange, or receive a Refund on non-logoed and non-embroidered items.
If a DashMat is returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, there will be a 15% restocking charge in addition to the customer paying the cost of shipping the item back to DashMat. All Returned and Exchanged merchandise must be in new, resalable condition. A Return Authorization Number ( R.A.R# ) is required and must appear in black ink on the return address label.
• NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges are accepted on any customized DashMat with logos, monograms, or embroidery.
• NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges will be given for damaged, or used items.
DashMat reserves the right to reject a Return, Refund, or Exchange if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in the customer’s possession, customer fails to prove error in monogramming and logos, customer refuses to pay shipping costs, or the item is returned after 30 days.

• All C99999 Dimension Sheet/Custom Orders
• All Products Manufactured with WeatherShieldHD; WeatherShield Colors WB, WR, WY, WD, WN, WL; Multi-Color WeatherShield WX; Form-Fit; and Sunbrella fabrics.
• All Older Custom-Fit and Low-Demand Part Numbers
• All Embroidered, Silk-Screened, and Reflective Welting Custom Fit Covers  

* Non-warranty returns are described as returns derived from: purchase order errors (inaccurate descriptions, part #s, fabric codes, colors, etc.), electronic PO transmission inaccuracies (EDI, HTML, XML, etc),  application errors, dimension sheet errors, customer hosted look-up/database errors, cancelled orders, obsolescence, overstocks, and all other returns excluding warranty claims and returns found to be Covercraft error.

** Non-returnable products which have begun production (work order issued) cannot be cancelled.  Older Custom-Fit and Low-Demand part numbers are identified as part numbers which show a demand less than 12 units per rolling 12 month period.

About Covercraft:
In 1965,  Covercraft was opened for business by Bob Lichtmann in Southern California’s San Fernando Valley.  At that time, it was just a 2-man operation, manufacturing custom-patterned car covers for street rods, the import sports car market and aftermarket automotive parts suppliers.  During these first 40 years, Covercraft has grown to a team of over 400 employees and expanded into three manufacturing locations, with headquarters in  historic  Pauls Valley, 60 miles south of Oklahoma City.     In four decades, the company has amassed a library of over 55,000  cover patterns and continues to add new applications daily.  Covercraft pioneered the market for CUSTOM FIT vehicle covers and  over the years has added programs for a wide variety of products for exterior and interior protection - seat protectors, front end masks, tonneau covers, window heat shields and pet travel items.   “Covercraftsmanship” has resulted in the company being certified to both TS16949:2002, a worldwide quality system standard, and ISO 14001, an environmental quality program.   Still family-owned, Covercraft has always maintained the highest standards, utilized the finest materials and remained on the cutting edge of manufacturing technology.....but it’s our people who assure  we put   “Covercraftsmanship”  in everything we build!
